She sits on the board for Maia Moms, a non profit that is helping single mothers on their road to becoming self sufficient. Mary grew up on a small farm in Wyoming, leaving there as a young adult to live in a number of different places, including Germany and Mexico. She has six children and a bunch of grandchildren. Carolyn grew up in Aiken County, SC. (Horse Country). Traveled & experienced areas like Wild Dunes, Isle of Palms, Sullivan Island, Miami, and Charlotte NC area. Her three girls blessed her with seven grandchildren. Her husband recently passed from pancreatic cancer in 2011. She keeps busy by volunteering at Seacoast Church & Selling Real Estate. You will immediately recognize her experience; since they built over two hundred homes. She is currently living in a home they remodeled together in Mt. Pleasant, SC. She loves to share her knowledge with Investors & First time home Buyers!
